10t Single Girder Overhead Crane

A 10 t single girder overhead crane for higher-cycle fabrication and production work. The higher duty class than the 3 t and 5 t models means the hoist, brake and structure are selected for continuous use rather than occasional lifting.

The standard series supplies spans from 7.5 m to 22.5 m and lift heights from 6 m to 18 m. Beyond about 20 m span the girder depth needed for stiffness erodes the single girder advantage, and a double girder crane usually becomes the better answer.

• Confirm at order: span, lift height to the hook, cycles per hour (the basis of the duty class), control type and power supply.
• Also agree: hook approach, clear height above the rail, and whether a second crane or a dual hoist is planned for long loads.
