Privacy Policy

This website is an information and inquiry site for industrial lifting equipment. We collect the information you type into the inquiry form, and we use it to answer your request. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising or behavioural tracking on this site.

This website is operated by the operator of the Krandura website. The data controller for an inquiry is the company that issues the quotation for your project, and that company is named on the quotation and the contract documents.

• Inquiry details you submit: name, email address, optional company, optional WhatsApp number, capacity, span, lift height, application, and your message.
• Attribution data captured with the submission: the page you submitted from, the page you arrived on, the referring site, and any UTM campaign parameters in the link you followed. These are recorded so we can tell which pages and campaigns produce useful inquiries.
• A one-way hash of your IP address and the elapsed time between opening and submitting the form. The hash is used only to rate-limit spam submissions and cannot be used to recover your IP address from our records.
• A spam-check token from the form protection service, where form protection is enabled.

• To answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation — processing that is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• To keep a record of the inquiry and the correspondence that follows, and to follow up on an open quotation — our legitimate interest in managing our business correspondence.
• To protect the site against automated spam and abuse — our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and the inbox usable.

The inquiry form itself needs no cookies. If site analytics are enabled for this website, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages are read and which inquiries they produce. This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party behavioural profiling.

• Our sales and engineering team see the inquiry so that they can answer it.
• The inquiry copy is delivered by our email delivery provider, and the website and database are hosted on service providers acting on our instructions.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not share them for advertising. Data is not transferred to a CRM or a third-party marketing platform in the current version of this site.

Inquiries and their attribution data are kept while the request is active and afterwards as a business record of the quotation and order history. When an inquiry has no business follow-up, it is deleted on request or when it is no longer needed. Spam checks and rate-limit hashes are short-lived and are not kept as part of the business record.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, ask us to delete it, or object to further processing. Requests are handled manually — send them to the contact address above and we will confirm what has been done.

If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to that authority about how your request was handled.
