20t Double Girder Overhead Crane

A 20 t double girder overhead crane with a 30 m span and 10 m lift height, for heavy fabrication bays and steel plant service. The trolley runs between two main girders, which gives a higher hook approach than a single girder machine and carries the load into a stiffer structure at this span.

It suits bays where the crane lifts heavy weldments, machine parts or steel product over a long travel, and where the building height does not allow a deeper crane envelope. The catalogue span and lift height are a reference configuration; the runway drawing decides the values that can actually be built.

• Confirm at order: span and rail level, lift height measured to the hook, duty class from the cycle profile, and control position (pendant, radio or cabin).
• Also agree: power supply voltage and frequency, festoon or conductor bar, and whether a walkway or maintenance platform is required.
