Wire Rope Hoist
5t Electric Wire Rope Hoist
A 5 t fixed electric wire rope hoist for workstation lifting, machine tools and OEM installation. Lift heights from 6 m to 30 m are available with M4 duty, and the unit can be supplied for a fixed frame or for trolley mounting.
The controlling questions at this capacity are the lift height, the way the load is attached and the space available for the drum and the rope path. Where headroom is limited, the mounting arrangement has to be agreed before the hoist is selected.
- Confirm at order: lift height, mounting arrangement, control voltage, attachment type and the available headroom.
- Also agree: duty class from the operating pattern, power supply, and whether a trolley travel drive is required.

All FAQs›Fixed hoist or hoist with trolley — how do I choose?
A fixed hoist lifts at one position and is the simpler, cheaper answer for a workstation or a machine. Add a trolley when the load also has to travel along a monorail, a jib arm or a beam. Tell us whether the load moves horizontally and the beam section if it does.
›What determines the lift height of a wire rope hoist?
The required hook travel plus the space the rope needs on the drum. Drum capacity, reeving and the available headroom are agreed together, because a long lift in a low building often changes the arrangement rather than just the rope length.
