Electric Hoist

Electric wire rope hoists lift vertically and are used either as a stand-alone unit on a fixed frame or as the lifting component of a crane. A fixed hoist serves one position; a hoist with a trolley adds horizontal travel along a monorail or a beam. Lift height, mounting arrangement, control and the way the load is attached are the parameters that decide the unit.
