Box Girder Gantry Crane
10t Box Girder Gantry Crane
A 10 t box girder gantry crane with A-frame legs for outdoor stockyard and yard handling, with a standard span range of 7.5 m to 22.5 m and lift height of 4.5 m to 12 m. Being a rail-mounted gantry, it removes the need for runway beams and building structure along the travel.
At this capacity the undercarriage, rail gauge and foundation become the decisive part of the project, and the duty class follows from the actual cycle profile — yard handling is often busier than the load weight implies. All values are confirmed against the yard layout and the rail foundation condition before ordering.
- Confirm at order: span and rail gauge, lift height, wheel loads, the foundation or rail condition and the duty class from cycles per hour.
- Also agree: wind exposure, travel speed, control position, and the power supply arrangement along the track.

All FAQs›Can the gantry crane be lengthened or moved later?
Span is built into the structure, so it is not a field adjustment — agree it correctly at the start. Moving the crane to another yard is possible when the rail gauge and the new foundation are checked against the same wheel loads.
